Locale for Estonia added!

The locale Estonia (et-EE) is now available.

The new year has just started, and we are already adding a locale: Welcome Estonia!

The data contains all non-working days according to the Public Holidays and Days of National Importance Act (Pühade ja tähtpäevade seadus). As with all other locales, all years from 2011 on are available.
