Locale for Spain updated!

The locale Spain (es-ES) now contains all holidays from the “Calendario laboral” of 2025 according to Resolución de 15 de octubre de 2024.

As with all our holiday data, maintenance is necessary to keep it up-to-date. States like Spain declare holidays annually and, occasionally, holidays are declared due to special occasions.
