Locale for Australia updated!

The locale for Australia (en-AU) has been updated.

The Grand Final Eve was established as a holiday from 2016 on. Before being inserted into the Public Holidays Act 1993 (Vic), it was gazetted in the years 2016, 2017, and 2018.

The holiday data has been updated accordingly.
